Back pain is the second most common condition that makes people visit a doctor. At least 80 percent of the population will suffer from back pain at some point in their lives. Billions of dollars are being spent on the treatment of back pain. There are several reasons for back pain. It is mainly because of muscle tightness, herniated/bulging discks, slipped discks, spinal stenosis, or sciatica. The pain can be anywhere from mild to debilitating. Only back pain sufferers know how adversely it is impacting their lives. The purpose of this blog is to share the experiences of back pain sufferers.
